After several concerns about the long digit account numbers and having to use the dashes it was in the best interest of the citizens to change those long numbers and dashes out with a more simpler and easier number to remember your account with the Water Dept. However if you signed in and created an account with the old long dash account number you will need to do the steps all over for the new easier account number. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused and hope for a smoother transition from here on out. Thank you for your understanding and we hope that we have simplified this comcern.
