City Court Clerk and Assistant Secretary

The Clerk serves as the link between the Police Department and citizens.

The Office of Court Clerk/Assistant Secretary for the City of Coolidge provides clerical, record keeping and administrative functions to the Police Department and the Manager for our Police / Court department. In addition, this individual performs many tasks that assist in guiding and managing the operation of local law. Below are just a few of the responsibilities of the City of Coolidge Clerk.

  • Does ticket processing
  • Notary
  • Follows all Local, State and Federal laws related to their job.
  • Collects, organizes, and maintains records
  • Assists City Secretary in any duties necessary
